Area C

The Area C project made central sewer available to approximately 694 homes. Construction is complete for central sewer and central water. All property owners have been notified. As of February 2009, 490 customers have applied for service.

Description
This project includes design and construction of a central sewer system for approximately 694 property owners in the Phillippi Creek Septic System Replacement Program Area C. The new system will require the installation of sewer piping along rights-of-way and construction of a collection/pumping station that will collect and transfer wastewater to Sarasota County's Bee Ridge Water Reclamation Facility.

Located west of Beneva Road and east and west of Phillippi Creek.
